Er, well maybe "daily" posts was a bit ambitious, but still. I'm still doing at least 10,000 steps a day, and this challenge does not give weekends off! I think the weekends will be harder, as whilst I have more time to walk, I tend to want to switch off and relax. During the week I have things I have to do, which prompts me to walk.
So, I'll have to decide if I want to do lots of small trips (of around 1500 steps each), or one long walk that will do about 6000 steps, to be topped up. That, however, is a decision for tomorrow!
